KOIMAN ENTERPRISES SPRING HARVEST AVAILABLE FROM THIS COMING WEEKEND 21st APRIL 2023
These are just a few of the tosai tategoi that we have had growing and overwintering at Koiman Enterprises here in Hertfordshire.
The video https://www.dropbox.com/s/7mm6yib7tpf2480/190323%20Facebook%20Ogons%20etc%20.MOV?dl=0 contains examples of 16- 18 cm Oyaji Asagi, Yamazaki Gin Rin Purachina (Platina), Suda Gin Rin Yamabuki and Hirasawa Chagoi.
They were all imported from Japan in the autumn of 2022 and have been overwintered and acclimatised to UK condistions in our outdoor, unheated growing tanks. Even at the low temperatures we have experienced over the winter they have not stopped feediing and have gained weight and length – around 2-3 cm on avaerage.
